The Norfolk Island Regional Council was formed 1 July 2016. One year on it is important for us to review our level of performance in relation to the level of service that we provide. The Customer Service Survey is a short (9 question) questionnaire which is anonymous. This survey is an opportunity to provide us with valuable feedback on how we are doing across all areas of service delivery.
The survey is available in hard copy form from Customer Care and is also available for completion online by visiting the link https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NIRCcustomerservice. The survey will be open until Friday 29 September 4:00pm.
